ClaimLens

Amazon owes you money. ClaimLens finds it.

Paste your monthly FBA settlement report (the giant CSV) and ClaimLens scans every row for reimbursement opportunities Amazon hasn't paid — lost or damaged inventory, customer returns never restocked or credited, overcharged FBA fees, removal fees charged without a removal, inbound shipment shortages. You get a 0-100 Claim-Health Score, a prioritized discrepancy list with the evidence trail (dates, transaction IDs, SKUs), a copy-ready claim draft per item you paste straight into Seller Central, and a re-audit delta that proves what you recovered.

Reimbursement services take 10-20% forever

Getida-style services file claims for you but keep a cut of every recovery. ClaimLens is a flat $19/mo — you keep 100% and stay in control.

Amazon's automation only covers part

Since 2023 Amazon auto-reimburses some lost/damaged cases — but customer returns, fee overcharges, removal issues and inbound shortages still fall to you. ClaimLens catches what automation misses.

Your data never leaves your hands

Paste or upload your CSV — the rules run on our server and nothing is stored beyond your own audit history. No Seller Central login, no OAuth, no API access.

How it works — under 10 minutes to a filed claim

  1. Export your settlement report from Seller Central → Reports → Fulfillment → Settlement (1 min).
  2. Paste or upload the CSV — ClaimLens parses every row and runs its deterministic rules (1-2 min).
  3. See your Claim-Health Score, the discrepancy list and estimated recovery, plus the top opportunities.
  4. Unlock with your email for the full report: every claim with its evidence trail and copy-ready drafts.
  5. Copy the claim draft into Seller Central's case form, paste the transaction IDs, file it (3 min).

FAQ

Is my settlement data uploaded? Your CSV is parsed server-side to run the rules; only your own audit history is stored. No Seller Central login or API access — ever.

Are these claims guaranteed? No — Amazon reviews every case. We mark each finding High/Medium confidence with the evidence trail so you only file what has a real paper trail.

What's the claim window? Amazon generally requires claims within 18 months of the event. ClaimLens flags items inside that window; older items are skipped.

Do you file claims for me? No — you paste the draft into Seller Central yourself and keep full control (and 100% of the recovery).

What if my report has a different format? The parser targets the standard settlement CSV (with a type column). If your report variant isn't recognized, paste it anyway — we tell you exactly what we couldn't parse.
